Including dispatchers and customer service representatives we have more than 200 back-office personnel.
Operating Structure and Philosophy
We perform the majority of our deliveries directly from our customer site locations. Having staff on site allows us to better understand the specific needs of each customer and provides a higher level of service at a lower cost. The main office location serves primarily as a backup or support hub for our site locations and to service our smaller customers.
We believe that we are only as good as the people we employ to perform your deliveries, which is why we invest a large portion of our time and resources in recruiting and training our couriers properly. Our on-site staff is given site-specific training to understand the role they play in our customers overall business and the importance of their job.
In addition to our operational structure, we rely heavily on technology such as radio communication, two-way data, proof of delivery information and our dispatch system to monitor and alert us to potential problems.
