A: Urban Express offers a 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour and next day services.

Q: How do I know my package has been delivered?
A: Customers have the option of calling our customer service representatives 24 hours a day at 212-855-5555, tracking their order online, or receiving an email confirmation when the order is completed.
